Power Monitoring Solutions for Telecom Tower Base Stations
The multi-circuit wireless intelligent power data acquisition and monitoring device launched by Acrel is specifically designed for the efficient management of modern base stations and power distribution systems. This series of devices can be widely used in scenarios such as AC/DC power distribution monitoring in base stations, centralized monitoring of low-voltage outgoing switchgear, and terminal distribution boxes. It perfectly integrates multiple applications including power parameter monitoring, electrical energy metering, environmental temperature and humidity monitoring, and wireless transmission.
I. Product Models and Measurement Capabilities
This series includes two core devices, both of which support the measurement of comprehensive electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, and power factor:
-
AMC200 Multi-Circuit Intelligent Power Data Acquisition and Monitoring Device:
-
AC Monitoring: Can simultaneously connect to the current inputs of 8 three-phase circuits or 24 single-phase circuits.
-
DC Monitoring: Can simultaneously connect to the current inputs of 12 single-phase DC circuits.
-

-
AMC300L AC Multi-Circuit Intelligent Power Data Acquisition and Monitoring Device:
-
Can simultaneously connect to the current inputs of 6 three-phase circuits or 18 single-phase circuits.
-

II. Core Functions
-
Centralized Energy Consumption Management: By measuring full electrical parameters across multiple circuits, it easily achieves centralized management and analysis of power consumption for each circuit within the base station.
-
One-Stop Environmental Monitoring: The device is equipped with rich DI/DO input and output interfaces. It supports non-electrical parameter monitoring such as NTC temperature measurement and temperature/humidity measurement, realizing one-stop collection of internal environmental data in the base station.
-
High Compatibility with Multiple Protocols: Fully supports Modbus-RTU and YD/T 1363.3 communication protocols, seamlessly meeting the access requirements of various major operators utilizing different protocols.
-
Cloud-Based Intelligent O&M: Supports NB/4G wireless communication. Monitoring data can be directly uploaded to the cloud via the MQTT protocol, creating an intelligent, informational, and visual management and maintenance platform for customers, which significantly reduces manual operation and maintenance (O&M) costs.
III. Core Product Advantages
Compared to traditional monitoring equipment, Acrel's multi-circuit acquisition and monitoring devices possess the following significant advantages:
-
Breaking Single-Point Limitations: Compared to traditional energy meters, a single device can support multi-circuit metering. It also supports the mixed use of three-phase and single-phase circuits, making networking extremely flexible.
-
Strong Hardware Adaptability:
-
The current specification can support up to 0~1600A.
-
Each channel can be individually configured with a current transformation ratio to accurately match on-site requirements.
-
Supports the connection of split-core/solid-core Ac Current Transformers and Hall sensors, facilitating on-site retrofitting and construction.
-
-
Excellent IoT Features:
-
Built-in NB/4G wireless communication capabilities.
-
Supports adaptive meter reading and can directly interface with the EIOT Internet of Things platform.
-
Comprehensive communication protocol coverage, including Modbus-RTU, YD/T 1363.3, and MQTT protocols.
-
IV. On-site Application
